FAQ
What’s the difference between a balm, cream, and oil?
Each has a unique texture and purpose:
- Balms are thick, oil-based products made to seal in moisture and protect the skin, perfect for dry patches or targeted relief.
- Creams combine oils and water-based ingredients for a lightweight, fast-absorbing option, ideal for everyday use on dry or sensitive skin.
- Oils are concentrated blends designed to lock in moisture and add a subtle glow, great for sealing hydration after a shower or bath.
Which product is best for dry, sensitive skin?
Our body butters and relief balms are formulated with natural oils, shea butter, and essential oils to support dry, irritated skin without harsh additives. Choose based on your texture preference: balms for long-lasting protection, butters for daily comfort.
Are your products made with natural ingredients?
Yes! We use organic and natural ingredients like unrefined shea butter, coconut oil, and essential oils in all our formulations. No parabens, sulfates, or artificial fillers, just clean skincare for every skin type.
Can I use body oils and balms on my face?
Some customers do! While our ingredients are natural, always patch-test first. Our beard oils and lip balms are specially formulated for more delicate facial areas.
What’s the shelf life of your products?
Most products stay fresh for 6–12 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Since we don’t use artificial preservatives, we recommend using your product within a year of purchase.
